Trent is three months now. And he is growing like a weed! We took him to the doctor on Saturday because of a cold, cough and fever. Turns out he also has an ear infection. That makes two for two - we took Ashlyn in last Wednesday and she too has an ear infection. Anyway, they weighed him at the doctors office and he is 14 lbs. 15 oz.!! He has almost doubled his birth weight.
He is sleeping less and becoming so much more interactive. He smiles a lot and we are getting close to hearing him laugh - I can't wait for that! He has begun reaching for and holding small toys. He loves getting attention. Just talking to him will get you a big smile. It has been so fun to watch him grow - he is becoming an expert on growing. And I still think he is the sweetest baby ever. I am sure he gets a hundred kisses a day!
About a week ago I laid Trent down so I could get ready and when I checked on him few minutes later I found Ashlyn laying next to him. They were playing together for the first time! I thought it was so sweet. What a great big sister.P.S. I have been slacking a bit in the blogging world lately, and I have neglected looking at and commenting on my favorite blogs. Forgive me. I am hoping to have some extra time this week to catch up. I also have a lot to say. I think I will be doing a new post every day this week so stay tuned!

Poor little guy, I hope he is feeling better soon! I can't BELIEVE how big he is getting, he totally fills out that Bumbo! I can't wait to come give him one of those kisses!

It is so fun to see your kids playing together, isn't it. I love watching Madi and Maya interact.
I sure hope that Trent and Ashlyn feel better soon. It is sad when kids are sick. Trent is very cute and is getting big. It is cute when kids start interacting more with each other.

Trent is such a cute little chunky monkey. I only pray that Owen gains weight like that. He has to be 12lb by 5 mo and they say that's a huge feat. The pics of Ashlyn and Trent are very sweet... it's nice that they are so close in age. You are a blessed mommy!

What a big little boy! He's so cute! I love it when little siblings play together-it makes me so happy when Ezra and Georgia do that. Hopefully both of your little ones get feeling better soon!
