Ashlyn and Trent were thrilled to wake up to the first real snow of the season. We had some flurries earlier in the week, but nothing that stuck to the ground. Their excitement was too great to pass up, so after breakfast we bundled up and headed to the park to go sledding.
Luke had a lot of fun even though his gloves kept falling off and he fell a few times.
We even brought Cooper along to join in the fun.

Once we got home, we warmed up with mugs of hot cocoa. It was such a fun morning. Life gets too busy sometimes and our responsibilities prevent spontaneity, so times like this are precious. I love my little family.
