SOLD!!
Our realtor called us yesterday afternoon with the news that we are officially under contract! HOLY COW that was fast!! We got an offer on Wednesday, which we countered, and they accepted! The best part is that we got our full asking price, which is not typical these days. We feel very fortunate. If it all goes through as planned, we will be out by June 12th - my 30th birthday! We only have four Saturdays to get everything packed, sold, stored, moved, and cleaned. Life just got a little busier :o)

WoW! How exciting! I, unlike you, LOVE change! I am a bit jealous I must admit! Any chance you will be moving my way?! I sure hope so :) Good luck with all that the next few weeks has in store for you!

I can NOT believe you sold it so fast. Of course, if we had been able to buy it then you would have sold it before it ever hit the market, lolol. That is awesome; congratulations! Also, I didn't know your bday is on the 12th...mine's on the 15th. I think we need to party, party! :)

Dang that was fast! I would offer to babysit so you can pack but it is kind of a long drive to drop them off..... sorry! Congrats and let me know where you are going!

Holy cow! What the heck, how did that happen so fast? That is amazing, and very sad for me at the same time! We will miss you guys, good luck getting packed, and let me know if you ever need anything...even just a babysitter while you get some work done! I'm totally willing to take your cute kiddos anytime!
